Nutrition counseling is very individualized and is based on the client’s biochemistry, energetic fields, and personal goals.

Complimentary Phone Interview

The phone consultation is to discuss the client’s concerns and to make sure services offered are appropriate for his or her needs. A new client visit can be scheduled at this time.

New Client

Discuss health concerns

Review medical, family, and diet history

Gather information critical in developing a nutrition plan

Review environmental exposures

Scan client’s body field to identify any energy deficits, when applicable

Follow Up Visit

During this appointment we discuss the progress that has been made with the client’s individualized nutrition plan and make adjustments as needed.

Goals are set for the next follow up visit. The number of follow up visits needed vary from client to client. Typically, a minimum of 3 visits are necessary.
